Processing Times

We typically process orders in 2-7 business days. Orders can take up to 14 business days during large sales and releases. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of when the order is placed.

Returns/Exchanges

If there is something wrong with an order or item - we will gladly work to resolve the issue. Please contact us at support@cricketpaperco.com to start the process.

If you need to return an item for any other reason, please email support@cricketpaperco.com to get in contact with us. We have a 7 day return window from the day of delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to start the process. Items must be returned to us in ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will provide a refund via the original form of payment for the item minus any shipping costs we paid.

Rewards Program

We reserve the right to cancel any orders we feel used rewards in a fraudulent manner. Rewards (called Crickets) will expire after 1 year of no order activity. Redeemed coupons will expire after 6 months. Our rewards program can be terminated at any time.
